Snorkel Tour – Two Cenotes

Snorkel Tour – Two Cenotes

Description

Make the most out of your day. Our most popular snorkel tours will take you to the jungle. In the secret underworld of turquoise pools, where the Maya lived and truly connected. You will be stunned by beauty of two completely different cenotes. These cenotes (or sacred wells) are great for snorkeling, because they are relatively shallow filled with fresh water with amazing visibility.

Here you will be treated to astonishing lightshows, dramatic limestone formations revealing the subterranean world. It feels like stepping into history.

Your guide will ensure that you will have a safe and unforgettable personalized cenote experience. Showing you the highlights of the area, with different aquatic life and great views. With basic swimming skills, you don’t have to miss out!

Schedule

Snorkeling two cenotes is usually a full day program. The day starts at 8:30 AM.

Wherever you stay in the area of Playa del Carmen to Tulum, you will be picked up from the reception or a close agreed meeting point (occasionally due to inaccessibility at resorts).

Your guide will provide a thorough briefing at Maya Blue (or cenote) concerning snorkeling-procedures, safety, cenote regulation, history and any points of interest.

After everything is crystal and you’ll have a good understanding what you can expect, we will provide transportation to go to the cenote.

We insist on small groups and have private vehicles available, to avoid overcrowded mini-vans.

Arrived at the cenote, your guide will show you around the jungle
area, cenote facilities and the points of easy entry and exit.

Once in the water, the guide will show you the magic of the cenote.

There will be opportunity to enjoy the (included) lunch and beverages.

After the lunch you will head off to a different cenote for another exciting tour. Later you will have some free time at the cenote.

Finally, after a full day of exploring the cenote our guide will drive you back to your accommodation.

You will arrive at your accommodation around 17.00 PM to relax after a beautiful day with Maya Blue.
