Skin diving to the cenote is generally half a day. The day starts at 8:30 AM. Wherever you stay in the area of Playa del Carmen to Tulum, you will be picked up from the reception or a close agreed meeting point (occasionally due to inaccessibility at resorts).

Your instructor will cover the knowledge development with you at Maya Blue (or cenote).

Following with a thorough briefing concerning skin diving skills and buddy-procedures, safety, cenote regulation, history and any points of interest.

After everything is crystal and you’ll have a good understanding what you can expect, we will provide transportation to go to the cenote.

We insist on small groups and have private vehicles available, to avoid overcrowded mini-vans.

Arrived at the cenote, you will start practicing skills. Once you mastered the skin-diving techniques, your instructor will show you around the jungle area, cenote facilities and the points of easy entry and exit.

Once in the water, the guide will start guiding the cenote. There will be opportunity to enjoy the (included) lunch and beverages.

After the lunch you will have some free time at the cenote. Finally, after exploring the cenote our guide will drive you back to your accommodation.

You will arrive at your accommodation around 14.00 PM to relax after a beautiful day with Maya Blue.
