The Master Freediver will address any weak spots and build progressively further to expand your limits as a freedive specialist.
Not only will you refine the skills in the disciplines you’ve been working on, we will also introduce new techniques that enables you to make the journey worth your while.
This course will take you to a whole new level of confidence physically and mentally.

The Master Freediver course starts with an in-depth knowledge development.
This will cover lifestyle modifications, equipment refinement, enhanced awareness. specialized techniques and more physiology.
We will have a thorough briefing and presentation at Maya Blue
concerning refining and introducing skills, (lung)stretching, mouth fill-equalization, safety-procedures, cenote regulation, history and points of interest.
You will practice confined static and dynamic apnea at one of our beautiful cenotes. By refining your O2 and CO2-tolerance will help you to expand well over our goal of three-and-a-half-minute apnea, as well as at least 70 meters dynamic.
With your extended breath hold we will progressively build to our depth of 27 to 40 meters. Starting with free immersion and finishing with constant weight experiencing a longer freefall.
You will be able to safely prepare for freediving by warm up and stretching, freediving, breathing up, but also coaching your buddies to keep your skills sharp.
The course would not be complete without feeling what it’s like to become a part of the aquatic life and the cenote.
