This course equips you with the knowledge, practical skills and good understanding how to respond.
Your instructor will cover with you both primary care, for life-threatening situations and secondary care.
The certification is internationally recognized following medical guidelines for medical care

Buoyancy in two cenotes is a full day program. The day generally starts at 9:00 AM at Maya Blue.
The day will start with knowledge development sessions, to get a good understanding on the how and why.
In the afternoon you practice applying skills in a non-stressful learning environment.
The skills will start building the foundation in providing the correct primary care, including CPR and using an AED .
During secondary care, the focus will be on injury and illness assessment. Teaching you how to provide first aid that eases pain and reduces risk of further harm.
Finally, all your knowledge and skills will come back during two scenarios to build more confidence, simulating real life emergencies.
After completing the scenarios, you will be officially recognized as emergency first responder. The course will be finished around 17:00 PM.
