Buoyancy Specialist – Two Cenote Tours

Buoyancy Specialist – Two Cenote Tours

Description

Ever noticed how experienced scuba divers gliding gracefully, without any effort through the water and on the end of the dive still have more air left?

They can get closer to marine life remaining the exact position, without disturbing the surroundings. This is especially important in the cenotes.

With the right knowledge and techniques, you can do this too. And the best part is you can achieve this, while exploring two magical cenotes.

So, you don’t have to choose between only practicing skills and exploring the wonders of the Riviera Maya.

After the course you will know how to make a balanced configuration. From now on you will always move smoothly balanced perfectly in the water, streamlined with the right trim (position).

Resulting in more control, comfort and time to see the cenotes. Isn’t that what it’s all about?!

Schedule

Buoyancy in two cenotes is a full day program. The day generally starts at 8:30 AM.

Wherever you stay in the area of Playa del Carmen to Tulum, you will be picked up from the reception or a close agreed meeting point (occasionally due to inaccessibility at resorts).

Together with your instructor you will start with a solid foundation of knowledge in the morning.

Afterwards you instructor will give a thorough briefing at Maya Blue (or cenote) to get a balanced configuration and a good understanding of the skills.

The briefing continues with scuba-procedures, safety, cenote regulation, history and all points of interest.

We will provide you with transportation to the cenote. We insist on small groups and have private vehicles available, to avoid overcrowded mini-vans and more care for our divers.

Arrived at the cenote, your instructor will first demonstrate and practice some skills before guiding you in the cenote.

After the first dive there will be a break for (included) lunch and beverages. After the lunch you will practice some new skills and get ready to show your new techniques in another exciting tour.

Finally, after a full day of exploring the cenote our guide will drive you back to your accommodation.

You will arrive at your accommodation around 17.00 PM to reflect on the day.
